Question 2

How do I know which clinician is right for me?

Accepted Answer

If you're unsure who to book with, simply contact our team. We'll discuss your needs and help connect you with the clinician best suited to support you.

Question 3

Can I use my private health insurance or Medicare?

Accepted Answer

Many of our clinicians accept Medicare referrals and private health insurance where eligible. Coverage varies depending on the service and your individual circumstances.

Question 4

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Accepted Answer

If applicable, please bring your referral, Medicare card, private health insurance details, and any relevant reports or documentation. Your clinician will let you know if anything additional is required.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellation fees may apply in accordance with your clinician's policy.

Question 6

Can I see more than one clinician?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If appropriate and with your consent, our clinicians can work collaboratively to help provide coordinated care tailored to your needs.

Question 7

I'm a healthcare professional. How do I refer a patient?

Accepted Answer

Referrals can be submitted through our online referral form or by contacting our team directly. We'll ensure your patient is connected with the most appropriate clinician.

Question 8

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes—visitor parking is available on-site, and the clinic is located right across the road from Robina Town Centre, where additional parking is available. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time to park, complete any intake paperwork, and settle in before seeing your clinician.
